Our Story
Coral Island Suites is Canadian owned and operated. After our own travels in Mexico we had a dream to build the perfect vacation suites for our guests. We want you to enjoy the comforts of home while in your own tropical paradise! All at an affordable price! We offer 6 beautiful fully furnished suites with shared in-ground pool. Our property is surrounded with lush gardens and palm trees which are home to many birds, iguanas, geckos, lizards and our own turtle family.

We chose Cozumel because we know anyone who enjoys beautiful weather, beaches and crystal clear water will fall in love with this island paradise!
Our Location
Coral Island Suites is located in the central part of Cozumel. We are 1.0 km or 14 minutes walking from the ocean where there are oceanfront restaurants and great snorkeling. We are 2.0 km or 20 minutes walking to the downtown square that has great shopping and restaurants with live music. We are less than 1.0 km or 10 minutes from Cozumel International Airport. We chose this property to build our Suites because it is tranquil and breezy. There are grocery stores, corner stores and restaurants within a few blocks of the Suites. We offer free use of our Beach cruiser bicycles. Also taxis are easy to order and are affordable. We offer several off-street parking spots and there is lots of street parking for all guests who want to rent a vehicle to explore the island.
